Who is INHouse Primary Care?

Laura Snider, NP

Laura is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Laura obtained her Associate in Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis in 1985, Baccalaureate in Science in Nursing in 1995 and Master’s in Science in Nursing in 1997. She practiced as a Registered Nurse from 1985 to 1997 in Intensive, Coronary Care Units and Emergency Departments in Wishard and Community Hospitals in Indianapolis. Since 1997, her practice as a Nurse Practitioner has included several years in a private family practice office and three years managing a school based Community Health Care Center, providing care to adults and children of all ages. Laura is currently serving as a faculty member at the Indiana University School of Nursing graduate school, Family Nurse Practitioner program since 1999. Laura is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Home Care Physicians, Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana and Sigma Theta Tau. She has prescriptive authority and controlled substance in the State of Indiana and Federal DEA license.

John Ralph Collip, MD

John Ralph Collip, M.D., a physician specializing in Family Practice, is collaborating with the Nurse Practitioner providing care with INhouse Primary Care. Dr. Collip received his medical degree from the University of Alberta in 1980 and has since been practicing as a primary care provider in Morristown, IN. He is also certified in Accupuncture.
